New title, but still with all the beauty news (for January, but we’re doing this every month!) you need to know! A super luxe new skincare line, ANOTHER sunscreen scandal, body positivity and new ways to recycle clothes! Also, Bella Hadid wore a dress she regretted (I guess), and what that has to do with sustainability. And Bridgerton, obviously.

On the Blog

beauty news, stories, launches in January

Is the new year only four weeks old?! My first post of 2021 was about lipstick, and how I yearn to wear it again, regularly, outside. The new year also brought Brexit, and all kinds of changes for online shopping, which I tried to unravel for you. And it brought the cold, and my hair (and skin) is so, SO dry that I tried some new things for hair and a new toner for my skin. Speaking of dry: hydrating serums and what to look out for is the post you need to read. Same with Astrid’s Briogeo Farewell Frizz series review!

Then, there’s the annual Spring roundup of new makeup collections, and they’re ALL pink. Really! Have a look! Also, in a more serious vein, I took a history deep dive and really, we all have to stop posting those cutesy Coco Chanel quotes. She’s a highly controversial person.

Oh, and have a peek on the Twindly IG, ‘kay? I’ve decided to finally start to use up ALL my samples, and post mini reviews every day on stories. (There’s a highlight, too.)
