Refinery29 asks if the secret to a more sustainable approach in beauty is customisable skincare. While I somehow get the approach, I’m really peeved by the ‘shocked’ industry insiders complaining about ‘shelfie culture’: ladies, you’re part of the problem, and what’s worse, it keeps you employed.

While I was somewhat handicapped by a little injury this month, Astrid jumped in to help me out and shared both her impressions with Bobbi Brown’s masterclass, plus her search for a dupe of Sulwhasoo’s First Care Serum. I then sang the praises of Natasha Denona’s Glam Palette (includes a little hack to customise your palette!), and was less congratulatory about Paula’s Choice’s Defense range and Deciem’s hand creams.
