Astrid looked back on her most memorable beauty products of the decade – and looked forward to testing Pat McGrath Labs MatteTrance lipsticks, but, well. (See for yourself.) A new sunscreen that promises to do it all, with great filters and a great formula? I was a bit iffy on Purito’s new unscented SPF.

I was also looking in vain for a new, sustainable brow product, but found a great sustainable replacement to body scrubs. And while Astrid shared her views on Tatcha’s most iconic skincare products, I used only cream makeup products for a month – and learned a thing or two.
